To God be the glory great things he has done! It is indeed an unquantifiable privilege to serve God in the Ibadan Varsity Christian Union, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, God's own quarry site where He has been producing generals in the faith for the past fifty years. IVCU is a fellowship of Christian students that believes and teaches the wholesome truth of the word. Our desire is to earnestly contend for and preserve the faith as it was handed over to us by our fore fathers. In order to achieve this, we maintain an atmosphere of purity where men and women can lift up holy hands to God in adoration and heart felt worship. Our pursuit as far as the present generation is concerned, is to build up believers whom God can release into this generation for exploits. The vision for the present tenure is 'Unto a Perfect Man' as found in Ephesians 4:13. It is our sincere desire and prayer that God will make this an experience for every member. The fellowship undertakes various evangelical activities as demanded by the Great Commission Matthew 28:19. Specifically, our evangelical activities include Campus Evangelism, Village Evangelism, Children Evangelism and School Visitation. We organize programs that are highly impactful spiritually and soul enriching.
